Flowers in Wonderland
Flowers in Wonderland perfectly embodies my poetic approach to design
- Alessandra Baldereschi
During the lockdown, a time of fear and uncertainty, I felt the need to create something that could bring beauty and lightness into everyday life. That’s how these imaginary flowers were born—flowers that do not exist in nature but that I invented, inspired by the fairy tale 'Alice in Wonderland,' a world suspended between dream and reality

I chose incamiciato bi-colored glass for its ability to capture light and give depth to the colors, making each flower unique and evocative. The collection consists of six different flowers, each with its own shape and personality, as if they were characters in a fantastic story.
The idea was to create an imaginary garden capable of bringing joy and wonder—an invitation to rediscover beauty in the details and to be amazed by the poetry of shapes and colors, just like in Alice’s world.

I chose to collaborate with Multiforme Lighting because we share the same vision of light as a narrative and expressive element. Multiforme is an excellence in the world of artistic glass and bespoke lighting, with extraordinary mastery in Murano glass craftsmanship.
