The BBPR Studio was formed in Milan in 1932. 
"BBPR" acronym came from each member's family name: Ernesto Nathan Rogers, Enrico Peressutti, Barbiano di Belgiojoso and Gian Luigi Banfi.
The BBPR Studio was prolific in architecture, interior and product design, and won several awards. They are famous for the creation of the Torre Velasca skyscraper in Milan, with its abstract medieval references, built in 1954.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  

Olivetti S.p.A. is an Italian manufacturer of computers, tablets, smartphones, printers and other such business products as calculators and fax machines. One of the first commercial programmable desktop calculators was produced by Olivetti in 1964 and was a commercial success, as well as some of the first electromechanical typewriters.
